OUR DOLLAR
Our dollars that are in bank,
Praise to the pound, the mark, and the franc
hallowed be thy gain.
May thy interest grow, thy dividends sky rocket,
through mutual funds and money markets.
Give us these profits for our material needs.
Forgive us our taxes, but not our greed
so that we might invest and obtain more equity.
Lead us not into charitable contributions
but deliver us from bankruptcy.
For the true power and glory is yours
oh, almighty dollar
now and forever, Amen.
