How do you like it?

Long and flowing,
luscious and layered,
curled, maybe?
Colored? Highlighted?
Slicked back?
        Or
do you want
      to just let
             it hang?

Be mysterious.
Let style set form.
Let form set the mood.
Make a statement.

Short and choppy,
cropped, spiked
    or shaved
to the bare skin.

Less is more.

Oh, it's so retro!

You know, minimalism,
      "It's the 'Thing'."

Poetry is like a haircut.
