É sentir
Solidão,
Sem conseguir calar
A voz do coração.

É sentir
A alma inconstante,
E querer comunicar
Naquele instante

É sentir
Saudade,
E não poder falar
Porque a tristeza invade

É sentir
Ansiedade,
Vendo a vida passar
E com ela a mocidade

É sentir
O amor,
No peito a transbordar
Transmitindo calor

É sentir
Tristeza,
Do amor não poder dar
Com nobreza

É sentir
Que a felicidade
Se pode alcançar,
Se o coração se soltar.
