Abobrinha Refogada com Ovos Escalfados
Ingredientes:
2 abobrinhas grandes
2 colheres (sopa) de óleo
1 cebola pequena cortada em rodelas
1 folha de louro pequena
1 dente de alho picado
4 ovos
Sal
Preparação:
Lavar a cortar as abobrinhas em rodelas finas. Colocar numa frigideira grande o óleo e a cebola para dourar. Juntar o alho, o louro e as abobrinhas. Se for necessário, adicionar um pouco de água. Tampar e deixar refogar até que as abobrinhas estejam macias. Quebrar sobre elas os 4 ovos e salgar. Tampar e eles cozinharão rapidamente. Servir na própria frigideira.
