Porqué lloviste las ramas entre las sombras
la mirada derramando entre las ventanas
el pueblo penando entre las cenizas
el rumor recogiendo entre las nubes
Yo ví... ¡Sí!
La humedad
De los recuerdos
La sequía
Del los olvidos
¡Sí, sí!___ Recuerdo el manso sufrimiento
Del campo abandonado
Del arado enmohecido
Del aplauso adulador
Del rupestre encorbatado
Yo ví... ¡Sí!
La sonrisa del metal en la consciencia
Del mismo mal bajo las sillas
Del aplauso del vacío reptando
Del abuso sobre el asfalto
Yo ví... ¡Sí, sí!...
Porqué
Lloviste
Tiempo
Tus recuerdos
¡Sí, sí!... Tiempo, tiempo imborrable...
En tu lluvia de relojes
En las espinas coronada
En las ácidas espumas
En las manos de villanos
Yo ví... Gotear, gotear, gotear...
Mil sombras___ De soles qué no debían morir
Cientos
Mil veces___ De inocentes lagos y cataratas
Cientos, cientos, de fantasmas entre las nubes...
Yo ví... ¡Sobre mi desierto mi sequía incurable!
Y ví
Lluvia solo
De lágrimas
¡Ignoradas!
Dónde sólo, sólo queda...
El dolor qué crece entre las matas
Entre las espigas de la fatiga
El vil mantel de la mentira
Entre las lenguas de la guadaña
