Y fué un papel que deseó escribir sobre la tinta
De la luna enamorada
De la noche del fracaso
Del silencio del miedo
¡ En la esfera menos espinosa e incolora !
En el sol pájaro en el viento medusa
terso pétreo arisco erial acre insano...
¡ Apergaminado destintarse vano !
Lloran, lloran las piedras lúbricas lavas
Con la furia lujuriosa del perdón enamoradas
¡ Cómo el hombre que debe ser alabado...
Pues a su mismo creador ayuda...!
Con la tinta con la lengua con la mano
Álabe creyéndose importante
¡ Dándole su humedad al agua !
¡ Vano destintado apergaminarse !
De la misma naturaleza humana evacuatorio
dando conferencias de la muerte al cementerio
descubriendo al iluso ser sabio
Y ¡Oh, milagro !, inventando el agua tibia
Implorando a las rodillas que se arrodillen
Y al jardín de los cristales amar su silbido
azul de ausencia rojo débil amarillo humilde...
¡ Destintado apergaminarse vano !
Porque fué papel en trance líquido
de la tinta peregrino en el desierto
fabricante de ojos para vigas ajenas
enseñando al asno a hablar de orejas
Y a las aves a volar y a las flores perfumar
Y a cualquier dios inventarle poderes infames
Por ser ayudante del creador débil que le implora culto, y promoción...
