NA VIDA, TRABALHEI TANTO...
PRA QUANDO CHEGASSE A VELHICE,
EU TIVESSE O MEU CANTO,
PRA LEMBRAR DA MENINICE
QUE EU TINHA FEITO NO PASSADO.
ATÉ QUE CHEGOU O ESPERADO DIA,
QUE EU ME VI APOSENTADO!...
QUANDO FUI RECEBER A APOSENTADORIA,
ENTÃO, PERCEBI QUE TINHA ME DANADO!
O DINHEIRO QUE EU RECEBIA...
ERA APENAS ALGUNS TROCADOS,
QUASE DINHEIRO DE ESMOLA...
TIVE QUE VENDER MEU VELHO SOBRADO,
E HOJE, SOU PEDINTE DE SACOLA!...
