Polvo Assado no Forno com Batata-doce
Ingredientes:
1,5 kg de polvo
Sal e pimenta q.b.
1,5 kg de batata-doce
1 Cebola grande
2 Dentes de alho
600 g de tomates
1 Folha de louro
2 dl de vinho branco
1 dl de azeite
1 Ramo de salsa
Colorau q.b.
Preparação:
Lave o polvo, retire-lhe a cabeça e separe-lhe os tentáculos.
Tempere com sal e pimenta.
Coloque o polvo num tabuleiro, junte-lhes as batatas-doces, previamente lavadas e cortadas às rodelas, a cebola, os alhos e o tomate picados, a folha de louro, colorau, o vinho branco e, por fim, regue com o azeite e polvilhe de salsa picada.
Leve a assar em forno a 170º C pelo menos uma hora.
Sirva de imediato.
