Bolos de Farinha de Milho - Açores
Ingredientes: 125 grs de farinha de milho
125 grs de farinha de trigo
200 grs de açúcar
125 grs de manteiga
1 ovo
Modo de preparação: Amassam-se muito bem todos os ingredientes e ficam a descansar um pouco.
Em seguida, estende-se a massa e corta-se com o feitio desejado. Colocam-se num tabuleiro untado de manteiga e polvilhado de farinha, pincelam-se com gema de ovo e vão ao forno.
