Fritos de Abóbora - Açores
Ingredientes: 500 grs de abóbora cozida
250 grs de farinha de trigo
200 grs de açúcar
1 ovo
uma pitada de fermento
açúcar e canela q.b.
óleo para fritar q.b.
Modo de preparação: Mistura-se a abóbora cozida com o açúcar, a farinha, o fermento e o ovo.
Em óleo quente fritam-se pequenas porções desta massa que devem ficar loirinhas.
Polvilham-se com açúcar e canela.
