Ceviche
Ingredientes:
1/2 kg de filés de linguado
Pimenta-malagueta sem sementes, a gosto
3 cebolas médias cortadas bem fino
Suco de 6 limões
Sal
Salsinha para polvilhar
Modo de Preparo:
Corte o peixe cru em tiras finas. Coloque-as em uma tigela e junte a pimenta. Acrescente os ingredientes restantes, menos a salsinha. Leve à geladeira de um dia para o outro. Tempere com sal a gosto e sirva, polvilhado com salsinha.
