Frijoles Refritos
Ingredientes:
Feijão:
1 xícara de chá de feijão cozido
2 colheres de sopa de cebola picada
4 colheres de sopa de azeite
50g de queijo parmesão ralado
1/2 xícara de chá de salsa mexicana
Doritos
Salsa mexicana:
2 tomates picados sem pele e sementes
1/2 cebola picada
1 dente de alho amassado
Sal e pimenta dedo-de-moça picada a gosto
Modo de Preparo:
Feijão: Faça o feijão misturando todos os ingredientes. Salsa : Misture todos os ingredientes e sirva em uma molheira. O biscoito salgado ou a torrada são servidos a parte como acompanhamento.
