Sopa Mexicana
Ingredientes:
4 dentes de alho
3 pitadas de orégano
4 ½ colheres de sopa de azeite
½ xícara de queijo parmesão ralado
4 pãezinhos franceses amanhecidos
sal a gosto
Modo de Preparo:
Descasque o alho, sem cortar ou furar. Numa panela com 1 ½ litro de água, coloque o alho, o orégano o azeite e o parmesão. Leve ao fogo até ferver e o alho ficar cozido (macio). Verifique o sal e acrescente os pãezinhos em pedaços. Misture com cuidado e sirva imediatamente para que o pão não fique muito mole.
