Ostras ao Champagne
Ingredientes:
24 ostras
1 colher (sopa) de manteiga
1colher (sopa) de cebolinha picada em pedaços pequenos
sal e pimenta do reino a gosto
meia xícara de champanhe (120 ml)
meia colher (sopa) de hortelã fresca picada
1 colher (sopa) de estragão seco picado
2 ramos de salsa para decorar
Modo de Preparo:
Abra as ostras e retire a carne. Reserve as conchas. Em uma panela, coloque a manteiga, a cebolinha o sal e a pimenta, o champanhe a hortelã, as ostras e por último o estragão. Cozinhe por 5 minutos e recoloque nas cascas. Enfeite com salsa.
