Talharim a Campeche
Ingredientes:
24 ostras
200 g de talharim (se for possível encontre uma massa tingida com tinta de lula)
½ cebola pequena picada
4 colheres (sopa) de azeite de oliva
260 g de creme de leite e sal a gosto
Modo de Preparo:
Enquanto o talharim cozinha, abra as ostras e reserve a carne e seu líquido. Em uma panela doure a cebola em azeite de oliva e acrescente as ostras deixando cozinhar por 5 minutos. Coloque o creme de leite e sal (não deixe a mistura ferver). Escorra o talharim e disponha a massa em dois pratos cobrindo-a com o molho.
Rendimento para 2 pessoas.
