Chá gelado
Ingredientes:
- 1 l de água
- 15 saquinhos de chá
- 1 l de água fria
- açúcar, sumo de limão e cubos de gelo q.b.
Preparação:
Com um litro de água e os quinze saquinhos de chá fará uma infusão muito forte que deitará para um jarro onde já se terá previamente deitado um litro de água fria. Junte o açúcar e o sumo de limão a gosto e meta o jarro no frigorífico. Coloque cubos de gelo num copo alto, deite a seguir o chá e sirva.
Decoração:
Decore com folhas de hortelã-pimenta.
