PIZZA FRITA
60 g de fermento para pão
2 copos de requeijão de água morna1 colher (sopa) de açúcar
4 colheres (sopa) de óleo
1/2 colher (sopa) de sa
2 colheres (sopa) de pinga
1 kg de farinha de trigo
MODOS DE PREPARO
Dissolva o fermento no açúcar, junte a água, o óleo, o sal e a pinga, misture bem
Junte aos poucos a farinha de trigo, até a massa soltar das mãos
Deixe a massa descansar por aproximadamente 1 hora e 30 minutos, com um pano úmido por cima
Abra a massa, bem fina, do tamanho da sua frigideira e leve para fritar
Frite de um lado, vire e coloque o molho de tomate e o recheio que quiser por cima
Tampe, deixe no fogo baixo até o recheio estar bom, mas cuidado para não deixar queimar a parte de baixo da massa
