Sopa gratinada de pão e queijo
2 fatias grandes de pão caseiro
100 g de queijo de cabra
4 folhas de manjericão
caldo de galinha ou de carne
funcho fresco
pimenta
Corte o pão aos cubos pequenos e disponha-os numa taça refractária em camadas polvilhadas com queijo grosseiramente ralado e manjericão picado. A última camada deve ser de queijo. Regue com o caldo de galinha a ferver e aromatize com funcho picado. Polvilhe com pimenta e leve a gratinar no forno. Sirva de imediato. Alternativa: Pode usar tacinhas individuais e m vez de uma grande.
