MANTEIGA TEMPERADA
Ingredientes:
4 dentes de alho
150 gr de manteiga
1 colher de sopa de salsa picada
Sumo de limão
Preparação:
Retire a pele aos alhos e ferva-os, durante 5 minutos, num tachinho com água. Escorra, esfregue-os com um garfo até ficarem em pasta.
Amoleça a manteiga com banho-maria ou durante 30 segundos no microondas.
Misture a pasta dos alhos, a salsa picada, uns pinguinhos de limão e a manteiga. Trabalhe-a de maneira a distribuir tudo uniformemente.
Molde a manteiga em rolo, com a ajuda de um quadrado de folha de alumínio, e leve ao congelador durante 1 hora para endurecer.
Sirva a manteiga temperada, cortada em rodelas, com carnes grelhadas.
