MOLHO 4 QUEIJOS
Ingredientes:
Natas líquidas
Queijo roquefort
Queijo cheddar
Queijo flamengo
Emental, parmesão, etc. (queijos fortes)
Preparação:
Põem-se as natas a ferver numa caçarola. Assim que fervam, deitam-se os queijos, mexe-se para que não se pegue. Quando os queijos estejam desfeitos e o molho espesso, retira-se do lume.
