MOLHO BÉCHAMEL 2
Ingredientes:
3 dl de leite
1/2 cebola em rodelas
1 cenoura pequena picada
1/2 caule de aipo
1/2 folha de louro
3 grãos de pimenta
25 g de manteiga
3 c.(de sopa) de farinha
sal e pimenta
Preparação:
Leve ao lume brando numa caçarola de fundo espesso, o leite, a cebola, a cenoura, o aipo, a folha de louro e a pimenta.
Quando levantar fervura, retire do lume, tape e 25 minutos depois passe por um passador. Derreta a manteiga, junte a farinha e deixe cozer, mexendo durante 1-2 minutos.
A pouco e pouco, junte o leite aromatizado, sem parar de mexer. Deixe ferver, sempre a mexer durante mais 1-2 minutos, até engrossar. Tempere a gosto.
