MOLHO DE NOZES
Ingredientes:
1 chávena de nozes esmagadas e peladas
4 colheres de sopa de natas
4 fatias de pão de forma
1/2 cubo de caldo de galinha concentrado
Sal
Pimenta
Noz-moscada
Preparação:
Demolhe o pão no caldo durante 10 minutos e depois esprema-o. Junte a todos os outros ingredientes e bata bem. Se ficar muito espesso acrescente um pouco de azeite.
N.B. Serve para aves, peixe e saladas de massa fria.
