MOLHO DE TOMATE
Acompanha peixe frito, ovos, massas, bifes, costeletas e carnes cozidas
Ingredientes:
500 gr. de tomate
azeite (ou óleo)
cebola
alho
1 folha de louro
1 ramo de salsa
1/2 colher de sopa de farinha
1 colher de margarina
sal e pimenta q.b.
Preparação:
Faça um refogado, utilizando o azeite (ou óleo), a cebola e o alho picados e a folha de louro. Deixe alourar e de seguida junte ao refogado base, o tomate. Tempere com sal e pimenta e deixe cozer. Retire o louro e a salsa, passe pelo passador e engrosse o molho com meia colher de sopa de farinha, trabalhada com 1 colher de margarina. Depois de levantar fervura rectifique os temperos.
