ESPUMA DE WHISKY E OVOS
Ingredientes:
2 gemas
4 colheres (sopa) de açúcar caramelizado
1/2 cálice de whisky
1 copo de leite
Preparação:
Bata as gemas com o açúcar, junte o whisky e bata novamente até o preparado ficar espumoso.
Acrescente o leite a ferver e sirva de seguida com uma colher de pé alto dentro de copos também de pé alto.
