ESTUFADO DE LEGUMES
Ingredientes:
favas
cenouras
ervilhas
dentes de alho esmagados
azeite
sal e pimenta q.b.
coentros picados
coentros frescos
Preparação:
Coloque as favas e cenouras no microondas durante alguns minutos na potência máxima. Retire a pele às favas, junte as ervilhas, os alhos, o sal e a pimenta e perfume com um pouco de azeite.
Envolva muito bem o preparado e leve ao microondas mais alguns minutos.
Triture no liquidificador os coentros com o azeite e regue o estufado.
Decore o prato com coentros em folha.
