ALETRIA VEGANA
Ingredientes:
500 g de massa de aletria
200 g de açúcar amarelo
2l de água
1 lt de leite de soja
casca de 1 limão
1 colher de café de sal
canela q.b.
Preparação:
Deixe ferver a água juntamente com o leite, deite o açúcar, o sal, a aletria e a casca de limão.
Deixa cozer 20 minutos. Sirva em travessas ou em taças individuais, e polvilhe com canela.
