COMPOTA DE MANGA COM GENGIBRE
Ingredientes:
1 1/4 de chávena de água
1 gengibre sem casca e cortado em lâminas finas
2 colheres de sopa de zimbro
4 mangas médias sem casca e em cubos
4 colheres de sopa de adoçante em pó
Preparação:
Ferva a água com o gengibre e o zimbro. Deixe arrefecer um pouco, coloque a manga e o adoçante e mexa delicadamente. Coloque em recipientes de vidro e conserve no frigorífico, no máximo, durante 1 mês.
