FILHÓS DE ABÓBORA VEGANAS

Ingredientes:

1kg de abóbora
1kg de farinha de trigo integral
um pouco de fermento de padeiro
raspa de limão ou de laranja
azeite para fritar

Preparação:

Coza a abóbora com um pouco de sal e escorra-a bem. Junte a farinha, o fermento e a raspa de limão e misture bem.
Aqueça numa frigideira o azeite e com a ajuda de uma colher comece a fritar a massa. Vá colocando no azeite bem quente colheres da massa. Vire quando começarem a ficar douradinhas. Quando estiverem feitas coloque-as num prato com papel de cozinha que absorva o excesso de azeite.

Nota: O fermento dissolve-se num pouco de água morna (água da cozedura da abóbora).
