PÃO-DE-LÓ DE LIMÃO
Ingredientes:
1 chávena de farinha de trigo
1 chávena de maisena
2 colheres de chá de fermento em pó
1 chávena de açúcar
1 chávena de iogurte de soja
1 chávena de leite de soja
1/4 de chávena de óleo
1 limão
Preparação:
Numa tigela, misture a farinha, a maisena, o açúcar e o fermento. Numa outra tigela, misture o leite, o iogurte, o óleo e o sumo e a casca ralada do limão. Junte o conteúdo das duas tigelas e bata com uma colher de pau durante dois minutos.
Leve ao forno por 25 minutos a 180°C em forma untada. No final da cozedura, deixe o bolo arrefecer cerca de dez minutos antes de tirá-lo da forma.
