ALMÔNDEGAS DE SOJA
Ingredientes:
1 chávena de massa de soja
1 chávena de tomate picado
cebola, sal, alho e cheiro verde picado
1 colher de sopa rasa de margarina
1 ovo
3 colheres de sopa de queijo ralado
Preparação:
Refogue, em óleo, todos os temperos e os tomates. Junte a massa de soja e a margarina. Deixe arrefecer um pouco e ponha o ovo inteiro. Misture e dê o ponto com um pouco de farinha de trigo. Faça as almôndegas e deixe cozinhá-las em molho de tomate. (Como opção, poderá fritá-las em óleo quente).
