ARROZ ENSOLARADO
Ingredientes:
(para 2 pessoas)
4 g de açafrão das Índias
180 g de arroz
500 ml de água
20 ml de azeite
1 cebola
2 g de sal
Preparação:
Misture numa caçarola, o azeite, o sal, e o açafrão. Corte a cebola e refogue tudo. Junte o arroz e deixe ensopar um pouco. Acrescente a água e deixe levantar fervura. Mexa bem, abaixe o lume e tape a caçarola. Quando a água desaparecer, o arroz está pronto.
