ASSADO DE SOJA E CARNE VEGETAL
Ingredientes:
1 pacote (ou lata) de carne vegetal
2 chávenas de feijão de soja cozido
2 dentes de alho esmagados
1 cebola grande bem picada
2 tomates picados
1 chávena de molho de tomate
1 pimento picado
2 chávenas de aveia
2 colheres de óleo
12 azeitonas picadas
sal
cebolinho
orégãos
Preparação:
Misture tudo e leve a assar em forma untada, em forno quente.
