TIGELADA DE CHICHARROS
Ingredientes:
3 cebolas
4 dentes de alho
3 tomates
1 kg de batatas
1,2 kg de chicharros às postas
sal
pimenta
2 colheres (sopa) de polpa de tomate
1 ramo de salsa
1 dl de azeite
Confecção:
Descasque as cebolas e corte-as às rodelas. Descasque os alhos e fatie-os. Disponha, num tacho, camadas alternadas de rodelas de cebolas, fatias de alho, rodelas de batata, depois de descascadas, e de tomate e postas de peixe. Tempere com uma pitada de sal e outra de pimenta. Acrescente a polpa de tomate e o ramo de salsa. Regue com o azeite e tape o tacho. Leve a lume brando e deixe cozinhar durante cerca de 40 minutos. Antes de levar à mesa decore com ramos de salsa fresca.
