SOPA AZEDA
Ingredientes:
500 g de feijão amarelo
1 cebola
2 dentes de alho
1 colher (sopa) de azeite ou de banha
1 talhada de abóbora
3 batatas-doces médias
2 batatas
1 colher (sopa) de vinagre
1 colher (sopa) de açúcar
1 colher (chá) de canela
sal
Preparação:
Demolhe o feijão e coza em água com a cebola, os dentes de alho e o azeite ou a banha.
Reduza a puré. Junte a abóbora, as batatas aos quadradinhos e tempere com o vinagre, o açúcar e a canela. Deixe cozer e rectifique o sal.
N.B. Esta sopa come-se sobre fatias de pão de trigo.
