Aquietar a mente
para que os olhos vejam
o que está à sua frente
e dar sinais de vida
e luz
em meio a palavras inúteis,
gestos estancados
e sorrisos presos pelos dentes
Guiar a mim mesmo
dentro deste corpo
para ver além dos acontecimentos
diários
e navegar livre
iluminado
para este porto
de águas tranqüilas
que eu sou
