night fills my room and
the too many paths between me and God

I take my face in my hands
the carnivorous space
widened between us

sigh

I do not like me

you get out of the litter
on the black floors you step

among words
the desert explodes

and I
I can not touch you

through porous walls
undisturbed rain
your dress melts and flows into thighs
as
the blackbird tears in heaven

yes
I forget
to bite thirsty the apple
which grows green
between your purple knees

I forget that I'll die
little by little

but I
cover you
with flavors of love
with
cries of blackbirds
in
twilight

I squeeze you between ribs
when it rains
through the porous walls
and
the night fills my room
the paths between me and God
