LICOR DE ANANÁS

Ingredientes:

1 Ananás
0,5 Litro de vinho branco
0,5 Litro de álcool a 90º
500 grs de açúcar
3 dl de água

Preparação:

Parte-se o ananás em quartos, aproveitando todo o sumo, e põe-se em infusão com o vinho branco durante oito dias.
Passado este tempo, côa-se por um pano de linho, espremendo muito bem.
Junta-se a este líquido o álcool e 8 dl de xarope frio, feito com o açúcar e a água.

Deixa-se macerar durante dez dias.

Depois filtra-se e engarrafa-se.
