Bolo de Peras
Ingredientes:
4 Peras
120 g de farinha
90 g de açúcar
6 Colheres de sopa de óleo
6 Colheres de sopa de leite
2 Ovos
5 a 10 g de fermento em pó
10 g de manteiga amolecida
Preparação:
Misture a farinha com o açúcar, abra uma cavidade ao centro e junte o óleo, o leite e os ovos inteiros.
Envolva tudo cuidadosamente e acrescente o fermento em pó.
Aqueça o forno (220º).
Descasque as peras e corte-as às fatias.
Deite o preparado numa forma de 25 cm, previamente untada com manteiga, coloque as peras no topo.
Leve ao forno durante 30 minutos.
Nota - Se quer melhorar a apresentação do bolo pode colocar por cima, 15 minutos antes de acabar de cozer, um creme feito com 50 g de manteiga amolecida, 60 g de açúcar e um ovo.
