Batido de frutas

Ingredientes

Para 6 a 8 pessoas
600 g de morangos
200 g de polpa de maracujá congelada
2 laranjas
1 maçã Granny Smith
± 6 dl de água
açúcar

Preparação

Lave os morangos, tire-lhes os pés e deite no copo liquidificador. Adicione a polpa de maracujá e o sumo das laranjas. Descasque a maçã, corte-a em pedaços e junte aos frutos. Adicione a água bem fresca e triture até os frutos estarem bem desfeitos. Junte açúcar a gosto e mais um pouco de água se achar o sumo muito espesso. Sirva bem fresco.
