Sangria de Espumante

Ingredientes

Para 4 pessoas
300 g de morangos
2 maçãs Granny Smith
1 limão
100 g de açúcar
7,5 dl de espumante doce
1 haste de hortelã
1 pau de canela

Preparação

Lave muito bem os morangos, retire-lhes os pés e corte em quartos.

Lave muito bem as maçãs, retire-lhes os caroços e corte em quadradinhos.

Deite os morangos e a maçã num jarro de vidro, adicione o limão, previamente lavado e cortado em rodelas finas e polvilhe com o açúcar. Leve ao frigorífico.

Na altura de servir, junte o espumante bem fresco. Adicione a haste de hortelã, bem lavada e enxuta, e o pau de canela.

Mexa tudo com uma colher de pau.
