Bolo de mandioca
Ingredientes:
150 grs de leite de coco (ou 02 chávenas de leite com um pacote pequeno de coco ralado);
06 chávenas de mandioca crua ralada;
04 colheres (sopa) de margarina;
06 ovos batidos;
04 copos de açúcar;
02 colheres (chá) de sal.
Preparo:
Colocamos num liquidificador, os ovos com o açúcar.
Acrescentamos depois a margarina, o sal, o leite de coco e por fim a mandioca.
Depois, colocamos o preparado numa forma previamente untada e polvilhada com farinha e deixamos no forno a uma temperatura média (180º) durante cerca de 30 minutos.
