UM EXEMPLO DE VIDA E UMA METÁFORA


Pensando na luta aguerrida que travo na vida,
Vem-me a mente um exemplo de luta vencida...!

Recordo minha infância, meu pai – Seu Oliveira:
Machado afiado, lapidando um tronco de aroeira...

Isso me inspira uma bela metáfora... um poema!
Faço com ele uma homenagem ao Homem-aroeira,
Meu pai Oliveira: força, resistência – seu emblema!

A vida é um tronco bruto de aroeira; o sofrimento
É o machado afiado tornando-a “boa madeira”!
Após lapidada, será uma estrela no firmamento
