Our draw

Drifting through the murky night
Where the moon whispers the tears
Of the everlasting crushed souls
The lightest one hides himself
Under the shame of his own will

The airstream sweeps the dust and ashes
That falls from his autumn chest
Assembly the most awful cloud of pain
That brushes every alley where he stands
And even the rain from his eyes can’t wash it out

So you see
Every one has a shadow
You can hide it or even try to change it
But in the dark everyone responds
To the nature of their draw
