À LAREIRA

Sento-me em frente da lareira
E olho as chamas.
Vidas vibrantes saltam à frente.

Daqueles que me acompanham;
Dos que já se foram,
Que em noites como esta
Aqui ficaram...

Vidas aqui presentes se fazem sentir!
Noites inconformadas de vazio enchem-se;
Recordações vivas se perpetuam.
Começa o diálogo afônico.

Presenças ocultas
Nas chamas vibrantes
Dizem-me: estamos contigo!
