ÍNDIO, O REI DA RESISTÊNCIA
Eu sou movido pela aventura
A natureza é meu combustível
Rodo macio sobre a pedra dura
Com a bicicleta isto é possível
Sobre duas rodas o mundo diminui
Transponho obstáculos e fronteiras
Tudo que preciso a natureza possui
Montanhas, florestas e cachoeiras.
O sol é o meu relógio real
O tempo é um mero detalhe
Minha bicicleta passatempo ideal
Ela me diz: malhe, malhe, malhe
Na frente não vejo concorrência
Chego até o topo das montanhas
Chamam-me de o rei da resistência
Todos conhecem minhas façanhas
Índio é como eu sou conhecido
A minha tribo é o planeta terra
Com a bicicleta tenho percorrido
Buscando o amor, fugindo da guerra.

Dedico esta poesia ao ciclista "ÍNDIO, O REI DA RESISTÊNCIA", muito famoso na década de 80, que eu conheci dentro do trem da CPTM.
