Retas vidas só subidas
com certos graus.
Tristes vidas só descidas
em tortos graus.

Na descida, se agarre
nos degraus, tortos graus,
então, descida a sua vida
e a transforme em subida.

Siga de cabeça erguida,
retos graus ou tortos graus,
que a subida ou a descida
se transformam em vitória
no final da sua vida.
