DESPLEGANDO TUS ALAS…

de haberte amado y nunca poseído;

Como las aves viajeras
De albos y grises colores
Que se marchan, así,
Al final del estío tú te irás

Dejarás el recuerdo
De tus blancas plumas.
Y trigal exangüe será mi pecho
Siguiéndote por el cielo azul…

Desplegando tus alas,
Con un rumbo nuevo.
Esperaré distante, ingrata
tu eventual regreso…

Y en mis desvaríos, perturbado,
te llamaré lejano;
Prendidas en mis ojos aún,
Las desnudas carnes de tu cuerpo.

Entrado el invierno
en mi corazón y sienes
Los lirios y los arrayanes
vestirán mi lucera ya sin primavera.

Álgidas me alcanzarán las noches,
de otros tiempos ardientes,
Sabré entonces que ya es hora
de liar el petate
