Éramos tão pequeninos...
Dois corações, rebentando em flor...
Na igreja, dois anjinhos!
Despontando em tanto amor...

Em cantos!...Nos bancos, sentados!
O juntar das mãos, às palmas!
Com que rezaste comigo a teu lado...

A primeira vez... A comunhão...
E no altar... Nossas cândidas almas!
Fez-se em Jesus, todo o pão...
