A emoção da criação,
Acelerou meu coração,
Foi gostoso de fazer,
Inda mais de ver nascer.

Veio ao mundo miudinha,
Lutando pra viver,
Toda, toda enrrugadinha,
Sem forças pra gemer.

Sentindo-me aliviado,
Pois, dum parto demorado,
Muito atrapalhado,
Fiquei paralisado.

Sacudindo minha cabeça,
Num inglês aportuguesado,
Anunciei sua presença,
Muito, muito emocionado.

Veio ao mundo a menininha,
Era minha Amandinha,
Pequenina e delicada,
Pra ser muito amada.
