CARÊNCIA

Sonho dormindo,
Sonho acordado,
Respiro ar e sinto cheiro,
Vivo a olhar admirado,
As cores da vida.

Penso acordar,
Apreciar o prazer,
Plantar carinho e amor receber,
Fazer o bem,
Agradecer.

Estender a mão,
Ajudar o meu próximo,
Melhorar a estima,
Fazer o que gosto,
Sentir o viver.

Sem malícia,
Fazer por fazer,
Elevar o espírito,
Sem ter que sofrer,
Nenhuma ferida.

Não sei se existo,
No mundo não encaixo,
Só me prejudico,
Por fazer o que acho,
Sigo sonhando.

Rogério por vezes nos vemos a mercê do carinho que o mundo não dá , carinho esse que devemos sempre dar de dentro para fora e sendo assim encontramos pessoas com quem partilham conosco oseu melhor .
